The Story Behind Stroll Café

Built from experience, designed with intention

Stroll Café was founded by Stacy Moore, an experienced restaurateur with over 40 years in the foodservice industry. After losing her airport concession businesses during the pandemic, she chose to build something meaningful in her own community.

What started as a vision quickly became a reality. A café designed to meet the needs of Portsmouth residents, business professionals and visitors alike. A space that combines quality food, thoughtful service and an environment that feels calm, clean and welcoming.

Today, Stroll has grown to multiple locations and continues to evolve, but the mission remains the same. Create a space where people genuinely enjoy being.
